Yes, all Volta electronic devices are covered by a comprehensive 12-month limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. For opened electronics, items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to be eligible for a full refund.
Are Volta products compatible with international voltage standards?
Most of our chargers and power banks are universal (110V-240V). However, we recommend checking the specific product specifications page before use in different regions.
