Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Volta account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Securely place the electronic item in its original box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
